Drucilla says, “when I have sent a client an email and have not received a response to it makes me crazy”, so when I receive an email even if I don’t have the time to address the issue I will respond saying “I have received your email I don’t have an answer for you right now but I will have very shortly“, with this the sender knows that his email has been received it hasn’t been lost in cyber space and that something is being done.
