Property Management
You can count on me to provide trusted and reliable service and support for your rental or vacation property. My awareness of, and sensitivity to North American expectations with my 6 years experience living in Puerto Vallarta will lend themselves to a satisfied return clientèle for your property.
Standard services offered are:
Maintenance Service
A general Supervision Program, which will include a personal visit to your property at least once a week. Maids, Pool Maintenance Man and/or Gardeners will be instructed and supervised in maintaining the property to its highest standards. If service personnel are not provided, necessary personnel will be contracted and efficiently managed.
Inventory
I will keep an awareness of all linens, glasses, dishes, and cookware and you will be informed when replacements are needed. (normal breakage will be recorded)
Expense Reporting
Responsibility for payment of all utilities, condominium fees, and property taxes for the unit.
Detailed expense statement will be provided at the end of each month.
